Our journey began with a single purpose — to source saffron of uncompromising purity.

Driven by this mission, we travelled personally to the saffron fields of Pampore, Kashmir, where the world’s finest Mongra saffron is grown. We collaborated directly with trusted local farmers, hand-selecting only the richest, darkest stigmas from the harvest.

To ensure authenticity, every batch was tested in government-certified laboratories, confirming its superior aroma, colour strength, and purity. Only the highest-grade Mongra that met our standards — matching even our own indoor-farmed benchmarks — was chosen.

This saffron is then packaged hygienically and carefully under strict quality control, preserving the excellence nature has crafted.

True luxury lies in rarity — and Kashmiri Mongra Saffron is among the rarest in the world.

The deep red tips of the stigma, especially the first 17 millimetres, hold the most potent colour and aroma. Extracting these requires the hand-harvesting of nearly 170,000 crocus flowers to yield just 1 kilogram of saffron.

With an annual production of only 2000–2500 kg, less than 1% of global output, this is saffron of royal lineage — treasured, scarce, and exceptionally aromatic.
